For the past 20 plus years I have had the privilege of working with amazing business owners to create their Framework for Success by helping them create processes to free up their time and resources, help them bring on the right resources at the right time and help them set priorities so they don’t burn out.
While working with businesses, many business owners either did not have a strong purpose (why they are doing what they are doing) or they had not reflected or revisited that purpose for some time.
I found when business owners reconnected with their why it allowed them to set the right priorities to get them back on their path. It also allowed them to establish key processes to keep them on that path while hiring the right people, at the right time, as their business evolved.
This Framework for Success will be different for each business, but I believe the components of the framework are essentially the same. I call this the 3P Protocol: Purpose, Priorities and Processes. There really is a fourth P: People. I have found the people component fits within each of these three segments of the 3P protocol.

Prior to the consult you will be sent a questionnaire that will help us understand where you currently are in your business both personally and professionally. This questionnaire will be reviewed at the 30 minute consult. During the consult we will be looking for areas where we can assist you in creating your Framework for Success. If there is a mutual interest in moving forward, we will move on to the Step Two.
Create a plan of action. This plan of action is solely based on the outcome from our initial consultation. The framework will address the 3Ps, but how much time is spent in each area will depend on the outcome of the consultation.
You determine the right plan of action for your business. We will review with you the options we feel that will move your business forward on your path to creating your Framework for Success. Generally, most businesses choose one of the following options:
Tier 1: You need assistance creating or re-evaluating your why (your purpose) and your top 3 priorities that will get you on that path. You have some processes in place, but you want to make sure you are on the right path to achieving your why. The fee for Tier 1 is generally less than Tiers 2 and 3, as the focus is more on establishing or re-evaluating your why and your top 3 priorities.
Tier 2: Your why (your purpose) is well defined and you have established your top 3 priorities, but your processes and/or people are in need of review. We conduct an in-depth review of your current processes and procedures that are in place, meet with your existing staff to see how they are using the current processes, and/or determine processes you can create to hand over to someone when you are ready (generally for sole-entrepreneurs). The fee for Tier 2 depends on your key priorities and how much time it will take to establish key processes for your business.
Tier 3: You need assistance in all areas of the 3P protocol: Purpose, Priorities and Process. This tier involves more time than tiers 1 and 2. We are assisting you with creating or re-evaluating your why (your purpose), helping you establishing your top 3 priorities, and helping you create key processes that will save you time and money. We will also touch on the “people” part. If you have a current staff we will take some time to evaluate the staff and create the processes with them. If you are a sole-entrepreneur, we will help you create processes for you to be more effective and efficient so, when you are ready, you can hire the right people to take on those processes. The fee for Tier 3 depends on the size of your business, how many people you have on staff, and how much time it will take to create your 3P protocol.
